Hatha Yoga

Students are taught of proper and traditional yoga postures with emphasis on accuracy and
body shape. They will develop understanding of the body and breathe. The teacher will
specially train up students’ internal strength, flexibility of the body, balance and breathe
through yoga breathing techniques (pranayama),

Sivananda yoga

By practicing relaxing yoga postures at a comfortable pace, students can regulate their body
functions. They can also relieve mental tensions caused by lack of exercise and anxiety by
various breathing exercises, simple yet effective postures and method of relaxation,
City-induced problems like overweight, underweight, indigestion, gastroenteritis, insomnia,
etc can be relieved through constant practice. Sivananda Hatha yoga keeps you healthy
mentally and physically and brings you a joyful and youthful life.

Yogalates

Yogalates combines both yoga and Pilates methods to help students get the maximum benefits
through practice. Pilates exercises are a contemporary system of movements that greatly helps
one strengthen the body in a safer and more scientific way. For beginners and those having just
recovered from injury, Pilates is a great place to start. Combining with yoga techniques such as
poses, breathing techniques, meditation etc, students in Yogalates classes may not only find their
flexibility and strength improved easily but also gain a calmness and inner peace to strengthen
their life force.

Closer exchanges and guidance between student and teacher can reduce the risk of injury caused by improper yoga postures. Students can choose the venue# and time* of the class. Therefore, despite their busy city life, their health will not be neglected.

Remarks

  1. Please call our institute to inquire the latest fees before enrollment and all students must make a reservation for the yoga class and confirm the fees.
  2. The total course fees must be paid before the starting date of the class. Refund is NOT allowed for any paid fees. International Yoga Institute reserves the right to refuse refund request.
